What operators usually ask.
Short answers. We're happy to go deeper on a call.
Can this use our brand?
Yes. Colours, type, tone of voice and naming are configured per brand, so the assistant and its widgets feel like part of your product rather than something placed on top of it. The theme and accent controls above are a small sample of that idea.
Can widgets live outside chat?
Yes. The same widgets can appear inside the conversation, within editorial content, or in mobile views. The Chat, Editorial and Mobile options in the widgets section show how one widget adapts to each placement.
Is this placing bets?
No. The assistant explains games and markets; it does not place wagers or choose stakes for anyone. When a player selects a market, the experience hands off to your own destination, where the player reviews and confirms under your existing controls.
Can the assistant support players too?
Yes. Player support is part of the experience alongside sports discovery and content. Connect your approved help content and support processes so players can get relevant guidance and reach your team when needed. Try Get support in the demo above.
How does this connect to our platform?
Through the sources you approve, such as your data feeds, content and platform services. We agree with your team which sources are connected and what the experience may use before anything reaches players.
